Angelique has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for nearly 20 years and she’s the third generation in her family to teach the ancient art.
A lifelong learner, Angelique’s committed to continuing her professional education and evolution as a yoga teacher (and as a woman in everyday life). This allows her to infuse both contemporary and traditional methods within her personal practice and yoga studio sessions.
A natural teacher, Angelique has the ability to poetically weave elements of yoga asana & philosophy, alongside mindfulness, creative visualisation & positive psychology to help people tune in and chill out.
With an extensive background in Yoga (RYT500 - Vanessa Rudge, Michael Daly, Shiva Rea & Janet Stone), Remedial Massage Therapy (Dip Rem Mass) and Creative Arts (BCA), Angelique will guide you through an inspiring and empowering flow.

Self care. Sometimes that’s things like time in nature, yoga or bodywork and other times it’s things like budgeting, setting boundaries and standing your ground.
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
It’s totally normal to feel uncertain and even nervous when you’re trying something for the first time. I’d encourage you to come along anyway and simply smile, breathe and go slowly. It might surprise you to know that ‘yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down’ - Unknown
