Ashley Freeman-Rudd's 10 year background as a Professional Dancer and Personal Trainer is evident as she weaves these passions through her classes. Ash turned to yoga after experiencing a spinal injury which lead her on a healing journey. Once she experienced the strength in her mind and body first hand, she knew from this moment, she wanted to share this practice with as many people as she could and has never looked back.
Health and Happiness are two of Ashley's greatest values in life for her students, her loved ones and of course, herself. Ash's classes are fun, nurturing and students instantly feel safe in such a space and begin to discover their true potential. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat (and probably giving you a hi-5) soon. Warning: her smile is contagious so you just may find yourself smiling back at her during class and experiencing bursts of happiness.
Do you have a mantra/quote that you often turn to?
'Nothing in life happens TO you.. It happens FOR you..'
How do you fill up your love tank?
Feet on Earth, Sun on my Skin, quality time with quality people and striving to never stop seeing the world through the eyes of a child..
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
In a fast-paced World, Yoga allows us the precious space for stillness and silence. It is in this place that we can truly begin to connect and listen to the innate wisdom that lives within each of us. Yoga is like coming home to yourself. There's no place like it.
