Eliza is a qualified physiotherapist, yoga and Pilates instructor with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
She has taught anatomy at various international yoga teacher training's, has extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation and fitness-focused Pilates, and believes strongly in the role of yoga in stress management. Her classes include plenty of feel good adjustments to help enhance the mind-body connection in each asana.
Eliza is passionate about sharing movement as medicine and finding self-care in stillness.
Having combined her career with her other hobbies; surfing, snowboarding and world travel for the last 6 years, she is thrilled to be feeling at home on the Sunshine Coast.
