Max has been tapping in and out of yoga since 1999 to supplement her triathlon training. She quickly recognised yoga's dynamic approach to body alignment and flexibility, core strength and muscle recovery. What started out as an attraction to the physical nature of yoga soon moved into something more transformative.
When life gets messy, yoga helps find balance, acceptance, presence, patience and gratitude. Yoga holds us comfortably in our skin. Yoga provides the tools to address life's cravings for physical, mental and emotional harmony, peace and freedom.
