Yoga was introduced to Mell at the age of 18 a vulnerable time in her where insecurities ruled her world. As time went on yoga became a daily ritual bringing about peace, love and self-care. After spending her early 20’s travelling throughout South East Asia, practicing yoga and learning or discovering a variety styles and techniques, it only made sense to take them next step and become a teacher help others in way it touched Mell.
Mell completed an intensive certificate IV in teacher training (500 RYT) at The Byron Yoga Centre in 2011, and has been teaching power flow, yin, hatha, restorative, pranayama and meditation in many studios, retreats, rehabilitation centres and also privates and group classes.
