Power Flow
This class is an energetic, flowing and dynamic style of yoga that allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged and nurtured, all in the same class. Everyone is welcome but do expect to sweat!
Our Power Flow classes are lots of fun and a great workout for every muscle and fibre in your body. At the end of class expect a soothing relaxation to really unwind. Gentle Flow
Gentle flow is a class suitable for all levels. If you are brand new to yoga, coming back after an injury or just looking to slow right down and open up the body then this is the class for you. Gentle flow focuses on mindful movement with breath which sets a great foundation for your yoga practice. Much of the class will take place on the floor with limited standing postures. The intent of this class is to stretch, restore functional mobility and open the body rather than build strength. The temperature of this class is comfortable.

Yin
Yin Yoga is a gentle floor based practice that targets the connective tissue, such as the ligaments, bones and joints rather than the muscles which we actively engage in most other styles of yoga. In this practice we consciously soften and relax the muscles, holding the postures for up to 5 minutes, this helps to stretch into the connective tissue and release blockages in the body. Its a great practice to help balance out the more dynamic styles of yoga and a really active/busy lifestyle.

Community Class
Did you know we have Community Yoga at Zenko Noosa and Zenko Maroochydore? Every Thursday at 5pm . This class is a $10 donation (FREE FOR MEMBERS) and open to anyone and everyone! Regardless of if you have a strong practice, or you've never set foot on a mat before. So if you know someone who needs yoga or is interested in giving it a go, encourage them to come along, we would love to see you there. Please note min age is 13yrs.

Slow Flow
Bringing the element of time into the practice. Enjoy slowing down with this blend of Hatha (stand alone postures) and Vinyasa (flow) but be aware this does not always mean it will be easy. Poses are generally held for longer periods, with the transitions between slowed down and fewer of them. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. The more slow-paced nature of this class means it's great for beginners, but also perfect for intermediate or advanced yogis who would like to sink deeper into their practice.

Hatha
A complete practice incorporating yoga postures (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and chanting. Natural heat is built in the body using a combination of dynamic and static yoga postures. A strong focus is placed upon breath and mindfulness. This practice is suitable for all levels.

Strength for yoga
This class is designed to wake up your muscles, combining movement, resistance, and body weight training. Incorporating elements of Pilates and Yoga.
Our Strength for Yoga class is designed to educate you on how to activate your core, build new strength and wake up your muscles. This class is ideal for anyone looking for an all over body toning class that is low impact. This is a fusion based class combining Pilates and resistance bands working together with elements of yoga and flowing sequences to build strength, stamina, tone the body and pump up the heart beat.
