This retreat offers you the opportunity to evolve - to shift beyond what you thought was possible in your yoga practice and in turn, change your life. Using the tools that yoga offers us is one of the most potent and transformative ways we can evolve. We know how much our 60 minute practice can shift our energy - imagine a whole weekend! Join Nicky Grimsdale and Kat Harding, two of our Senior Teachers to EVOLVE your yoga practice. Let them take you on an experience where you will deepen your understanding and awareness of your body, your mind, your energy, your way of being in this world. With extended and expansive Asana practices, in depth philosophy discussions and experiential learning of cleansing (Kriyas) and breath (Pranayama) practices this retreat experience encourages you to expand your practice with curiosity and in doing so create transformative shifts in your life. You can expect to spend time moving, breathing, in discussion and of course being treated to incredible organic, local food that caters for all dietary requirements. Location: Beach Road Holiday Homes, Noosa North Shore Facilitators: Nicky Grimsdale & Kat Harding Price: $1500 (single occupancy, ensuite) $1200 (twin share, shared bathroom with one other person).
