Fiamma Frisone
Fiamma’s hope is that you always leave her class feeling like you have learnt something about yourself, created space for growth or simply accepted what is. She is a yoga teacher with more than 500 hours in teacher training and 6 years experience. This has guided her to her passion in creating an open, healing space for students to move and breath with intention. She guides classes with a layering of dynamic Vinyasa flow and soft, restorative asanas to create a balanced and well-rounded practice focusing on building strength and mobility. Her classes welcome all levels, giving students space to modify according to where they are at in their yoga journey.
Getting to know the Zenko Team
Do you have a mantra/quote that you often turn to?
The message that keeps showing up for me lately is - SLOW DOWN. Remembering to receive before I proceed to allow myself the time and space to slow down and enjoy the moment.
How do you fill up your love tank?
Daily ocean swims no matter the weather, hikes, restorative yoga, basking in the sun, quiet time at home reading or writing. Anything in nature will nourish me from the inside out.
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
Trust yourself. This an opportunity to get to know yourself better.
