What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching allows you to work one on one with a supportive wellness mentor who helps you to feel your best through individualised food and lifestyle changes that meet your unique needs and health goals. Health Coaching focuses on bio-individuality – the idea that we’re all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. Health Coaching helps you to discover how to fuel your body and become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself through a holistic approach.
What to Expect
Zenko Health Coaching sessions work in a private and confidential setting between you and your health coach. You have the opportunity to share concerns and ask questions regarding your own diet, lifestyle habits and your overall well-being. You can share specific issues that are troubling you and holding you back from experiencing radiant health. Together, you and your health coach will find solutions, set goals, and create new routines and lifestyle habits that support you. You will be given actionable tasks, easy to understand information, menu planning and recipes that work for your unique goals and suit your body’s needs.

Kelly Alexander
Kelly is a qualified health coach, plant-based chef and yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people to rediscover what it feels like to thrive with optimal and radiant health. Kelly has spent the last 15 years travelling and working around the world at health resorts, detox centres and leading wellness retreats, helping people on their path to radiance and vitality. Merging her passion for healthy food, yoga, nature and sustainable living, Kelly helps you to discover the things that are holding you back from being the best version of yourself. Her sessions will help you to make informed and supported lifestyle changes in order to meet your own unique goals and reach the level of holistic wellbeing that until now may have felt out of reach. As a published author and chef, Kelly will also provide you with detailed meal plans and tried and tested recipes to help you fall in love with nourishing your body, mind and soul. Private chef and catering options are also available for those looking for more hands-on guidance with meals. Whether you’re looking to find your ideal body weight, rediscover energy and stamina, make healthy lifestyle changes or address health concerns, Kelly will guide you with compassion and expertise to help you feel empowered and motivated on your health journey. Kelly also specialises in body confidence, disordered eating and self-care. Kelly is available Monday- Friday in the Noosa studio $110 per 1 hour session or 3 sessions for $250 |
