Holly Terry
Holly’s teachings are strong and dynamic, while fluid and rhythmic. Holly incorporates Asana for a happy body, and pranayama for a happy mind. In Holly’s classes you will be sure to practice grounding breath work, fiery physical asana and a Savasana to melt into. Holly is playful and doesn’t take practice too seriously.

Do you have a mantra/quote that you often turn to?
Not really a quote or a mantra as such, but I most often turn to this thought: To just show up and let everything unfold. To try and find contentment in whatever I am doing even if the outcome is not necessarily what I had hoped, trusting in the fact that I will go where I need to go.
How do you fill up your love tank?
Time away from work, moving within my body and having a felt experience. Also spending time with my partner and doggies!
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
Go for it and trust that it becomes easier and the path clearer. Worthwhile things don't always come easy and the path is worth the effort!
