PASS & MEMBERSHIPS T&C'S OVERVIEW

12 Month Upfront Membership ($1650)
  • Twelve Month Unlimited Membership
  • This membership will not auto renew
  • ​​This membership is priced to take into account that clients might spend time away from the studio.  Therefore freezing or extending the expiry date is not permitted.
  • No refunds under any circumstance, will be issued once an annual membership has been purchased in the studio.
Weekly membership ($45)
  • Clients are able to freeze their Weekly Membership for a minimum of one week and up to a maximum of six weeks at any time after the initial 12 week minimum term.
  • Requests for Weekly Membership freezing and cancellations must be in writing to [email protected] and provide a minimum 7  days notice before the next payment is due to come out.
  • The payment will be taken out on the same day each week, starting on the date the payment is initially set up.​
  • No refunds under any circumstance, will be issued once a Weekly Membership has been purchased.
Monthly membership ($165)
  • Clients are able to freeze their Monthly Membership for a minimum of one month and up to a maximum of  three months and to cancel at any time after the initial three month minimum term.
  • Requests for Monthly Membership freezing and cancellations must be in writing to [email protected] and provide a minimum seven days notice before the next payment is due to come out.
  • The payment will be taken out on the same date each month (e.g. 20th of each month), starting on the date the payment is initially set up.​
  • No refunds under any circumstance, will be issued once a Monthly Membership has been purchased.
Gift Cards
  • No refunds will be issued for gift cards purchased and not used.
  • Payment will be taken at the time of purchase of the gift card and can be put toward the services that are listed on the website at the time of utilising the gift card.
  • Gift cards are valid for and to be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
Class Passes (10, 25 or 50)
  • Twelve month expiry period.
  • ​Expiry date extensions are not permitted, please email [email protected] if you have any questions about this.
  • No refunds under any circumstances, will be issued once a class pass has been purchased.
Locals Intro Pass ($125)
  • Valid for Sunshine Coast Locals (proof of name and address must be provided on first visit to the studio).
  • Only valid to be used once. 
  • No refunds under any circumstance, will be issued  once the pass has been purchased.
  • Passes are discounted to give locals the opportunity to try our studio at a reduced rate before committing to a membership or pass option, as they are discounted they are not able to be frozen or extended.
  • This pass cannot be transferred to another recipient.
Unlimited Month Pass 
  • No refunds under any circumstance, will be issued once the pass has been purchased. 
  • Passes cannot be frozen or transferred to another recipient. 

No-show Fee 

A $5 'no-show' fee will apply if you fail to cancel your reserved spot in a class before the class starts. ​

Class Cancellations

Class cancellations within 15 minutes of the start of class / No-Shows will forfeit the pass purchased for the class (Single/ Drop In / Casual Class or 10/20/50 Class Pass Packs). If cancelled before the 15 minute cut off the class will be credited back to the back / the persons account.

Monthly & Weekly Direct Debit Membership In More Detail

Our Weekly and Monthly membership provides the ultimate value for a membership to Zenko Yoga with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks or 3 months:
- No joining fees
- 3 month/ 12 week minimum term (e.g. cannot be cancelled before the 3rd month)
- Unlimited Yoga
- No cancellation fees after initial 3 month minimum term, cancel at any time by providing 7 days notice in writing
- Exclusive 'Members Only' invitations and discounts

ZENKO YOGA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The contract is for Direct Debit arrangement for Unlimited Membership (paid MONTHLY OR WEEKLY) and is between yourself and Zenko Yoga, paid via direct debit through our third party provider, Stripe. Month to Month Direct Debit or Week to Week - via Client authorized automatic credit card or bank account charges.

There are no holiday, leave or sickness leave that can be taken so please factor this into your calculations ie. This is a recurring unlimited contract divided into weekly or monthly installments.  Extenuating circumstances such as severe illness, injury and/or carers leave or extended leave will be considered on a case by case basis. Each case must be emailed to [email protected] Other T&C's apply.

A 'Fair Go' Policy applies and we ask that you do not request starting and stopping while having this membership. If your schedule is more sporadic, please consider the Upfront Membership or the 10, 25 or 50 Class Pass.

This membership will automatically continue unless you cancel it. To cancel anytime simply email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next payment is due. Membership fees are payable monthly and once paid for the month are non-refundable. ​

If you are on an existing membership and switch to a different membership type you will be required to complete another 3 month minimum term before freezing or cancelling can be requested.
A $10 penalty will apply to any failed payments. Please ensure the correct card / bank account details are provided and there is always sufficient funds in your account, as payment cycle is always on the same date the membership was set up (i.e. always the 20th of the month).

From time to time, and not more than once per year, Zenko Yoga may need to increase the price of your membership fees. Zenko Yoga will give at least 30 days notice of any price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase.  During this period, you will have the option to cancel your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions. If you do not terminate your membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with the notice provided.

Zenko Yoga is closed for some public holidays including Christmas Day (Dec 25) and reserves the right to close on all public holidays.
Zenko Yoga reserves the right to take up to and including 5 operational/maintenance related down days each year. This is inclusive of your membership ie. time is not added onto your membership in lieu of any public holidays or the above mentioned closure days.
