What is Mindful Parenting Coaching?
Perhaps the greatest gift we can give our children is to be present. Mindful parenting strives to improve a parent’s moments with his or her child. Each session is designed to empower parents with confidence and tools to reduce stress and connect more, helping you and your family to live a more mindful, present, calmer life. Through formal and informal practices, mindful parenting supports parents to manage their own emotions, help children to manage theirs and respond rather than react appropriately to stress, thus improving the relationship between a parent and child.
What to Expect
You can expect to gain a deeper understanding of your child’s needs and be equipped with personalised tools to help support your child. You will learn how to identify different triggers and states of arousal of your children (and yourself), what strategies you can use and when. You will gain knowledge of the science behind stress and ways to manage stressors. You will gain confidence in your own ability to be mindful as a parent and ability to build mindfulness practices at home. You will discover therapeutic movements you can share with your child to reduce stress, breathing and relaxation techniques and personalised strategies for success.

Meet your Mindful Parenting Coach
Helen Boniface
Helen is an experienced life coach, qualified with the Mentoring Institute. She offers personalised coaching sessions and programs, designed to optimise her clients’ wellbeing. With a background in energy work, Helen works intuitively with her clients helping to guide them towards the direction they desire. She is passionate about helping others and providing practical tools and techniques that can be applied to make positive change. Helen also specialises in stress, depression and anxiety and has worked as a crisis support counsellor. Helen is also a qualified Journey Therapist and Reiki and Access Bars® Practitioner.
