Hanna Muehlenberg
Hanna is a mother of three, a yoga teacher, a dedicated student, and a great lover and believer in movement as a form of medicine. Her yoga journey began in 2013, in a time when she struggled daily to manage her mental health.
She has been a dedicated student of Yoga since and completed her first Teacher Training in 2017 in India. Most of her personal practices come from the Ashtanga- Vinyasa tradition but since having had kids Hanna has branched out into various styles of Yoga as well as Pilates.
Whether you join her for a deep yin class or a sweaty power class, Hanna will encourage you to give yourself the hour you need and deserve. Her classes will teach the practitioners to move through each practice with self-awareness, mindfulness and how to adjust the practice of Yoga to suit your very individual and unique body.
