PAUSE One Day Retreat with Ruth Iriondo and special guest Robyn Singh
"A Peri Menopause Revolution is consciously evolving. Rather than masking their symptoms, many women are now reclaiming their menopausal experience and seeing what lies beneath their symptoms. They are asking and embodying the questions that need to be asked, of the most qualified experts - themselves!"

Join Ruth to PAUSE for this one day of connection, learning, movement, healing and rest
Our PAUSE One Day Retreat is for women in the poignant phase of their life "labelled" peri meno(pause) / menopause/ post menopause that allows you to honour your innate wisdom, mastery and maturity as a woman shifting through to or into the next phase in your life.
It's time to slow down, listen and respect your body by giving it more nourishment and rejuvenation as well as connecting with your creativity and exploring the spiritual dimension that Peri Menopause, Menopause and Post Menopausal shifts can bring.
Be seen and heard, as you enjoy a day of nurturing, understanding, healing and inspiration with Ruth finishing with our special guest Robyn Singh in our Noosa Studio. You will experience the support and euphoria that occurs when women gather together with a common purpose.
Your day will include:
You will finish this divine day retreat with a Conscious Movement session with our Zenko-Yoga-Lover-of-Life Robyn Singh from ASHUMM Dance, a lightly guided transformational session that provides an opportunity to explore conscious, creative movement to music; to awaken, connect and to move in a way that brings your body more ease and your soul more joy.
Throughout the day your practices and rituals will help you to understand and honour the rhythm and phases of the feminine cycle through the lens of Ayurvedic Dosha wisdom (energy patterns).
You will leave rejuvenated and nourished, knowing that you are not alone and ready to embody the deeper purpose this phase reveals.

Meet Ruth Iriondo
Ruth is passionate about living the yogic life. Having been interested in healthy living since a teenager and using her body as an experiment of diets, exercise and mindsets, it was finding Yoga in her late 40’s that caused all her experience and knowledge to culminate onto this one platform. Taking YTT Level 1 at Zenko was a natural choice.
Being keen for knowledge and experience Ruth has further rounded out her study with modules in Anatomy, Yin, Pranayama, Chinese Elements, Zenthai Flow and Iyengar.
Physically she uses movement as body devotion, intuitively reading the subtle signs and weaving a nurturing aspect into her teaching. Her love of the philosophy, pranayama and meditation aspects of Yoga are fundamental to who she is and how she teaches.
Words from Ruth about PAUSE One Day Retreat:
"I’ve always been interested in health and it was a deliberate goal in my 40’s after a decade of cervical dysplasia and a hysterectomy, to be as healthy as possible heading towards the menopausal time of my life. I thought perhaps I had bypassed it! But no, those charmingly medicalised symptoms that a simple google search reveals have become my reality too.
I live to fully experience, research and experiment with life as it is, and this day retreat is an opportunity to share my understandings of this poignant time in a woman’s life from a yogic view.

Meet Robyn
Practicing yoga for over 15 years, with 4 of those years as a student with her teacher Pablo Muller. Her training has been in the“Anusara” style - a Hatha based alignment practice. With over 200 hours of immersion and trainings in the US with the founder, John Friend, sharing the yoga with others was a natural progression.
Robyn is well versed in several healing/ wellness practices. She is an ocean and nature lover, and when not on the mat, she could be on the river paddling with clients or maybe enjoying moments of solitude that deeply fuel her joy and peace.
Robyn completed the 2017 Zenko Teacher Training course and is thrilled to be sharing her joy and love of yoga here at Zenko.
Robyn has been an elite athlete/ paddler and coach in Australia and Hawaii for over 25 years and found yoga and meditation as a wonderful addition to training as well as offering it to her athletes.
Robyn will be facilitating a “Connect with your Joy” - Conscious Movement Session as part of this one day retreat.
A lightly guided transformational session that provides an opportunity to explore conscious creative movement to music; to awaken, connect and to move in a way that brings your body more ease and your soul more joy. Celebrating, dancing and enjoying the uniqueness of YOU!
