Rachelle Robertson
Rachelle discovered the power of a dedicated movement practice after major abdominal surgery which left her struggling with a huge physical and mental disconnect. Originally it began as a way for her to switch off for an hour - and soon this incredible practice began to positively impact my life in every aspect, challenging my ways of thinking, moving, interacting and learning.
Through her experience, Rachelle began to understand that every day your mind and your body will meet at different capacities and crave different modalities. Very quickly she completed a number of trainings, diving into a wide scope of yogic and pilates education, and since then she has endeavoured to help people find that connection and strength within themselves.
A lover of ancient wisdom and science, Rach gets very excited to share her practice and sequencing - her zest for life, fun and movement showing in every class that she teaches.
You can expect her classes to be thoughtfully curated combining mobility, strength, dynamic movement and meditation to encourage complete nourishment for your body and mind.
