Ruth Iriondo
Ruth is passionate about living the yogic life. Having been interested in healthy living since a teenager and using her body as an experiment of diets, exercise and mindsets, it was finding Yoga in her late 40’s that caused all her experience and knowledge to culminate onto this one platform. Taking YTT Level 1 at Zenko in 2018 was a natural choice. Being keen for knowledge and experience Ruth has further rounded out her study with modules in Anatomy, Yin, Pranayama, Chinese Elements, Zenthai Flow and Iyengar. Physically she uses movement as body devotion, intuitively reading the subtle signs and weaving a nurturing aspect into her teaching. Her love of the philosophy, pranayama and meditation aspects of Yoga are fundamental to who she is and how she teaches. Since being part of the Zenko teaching team and becoming versed in the business by working closely alongside Lauren, Ruth diversified into the Noosa studio leader and continues in this role supporting teachers and the tribe, keeping the daily runnings smooth as part of the leadership team. You’ll find her regularly teaching and practicing what she loves in the space. |
