Steph Chilvers
Steph’s yoga journey began in 2016 and helped to keep her grounded during a time when she felt stressed and unsettled. Her practice has supported her transition through many different seasons of her life and is what led her to want to share it with others.
She believes that little daily doses of mindfulness and movement can have positive impacts on our overall wellbeing and she’s passionate about encouraging and supporting others to carve out this time for themselves.
Over the years her personal practice and teaching style has evolved to include Power, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative.

Anything that gets me outdoors!
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
You’ll never know if yoga is for you until you try! Also, take time to try a few different class styles that the studio offers with a few different teachers to see what you like.
