Ruby Condon
Movement for Ruby is not about aesthetics; it’s an opportunity to move beyond comparison into a deeply personal and embodied experience. Her classes invite students to connect with the subtleties of the body that often go unnoticed in the rhythm of daily life.
Her Vinyasa training and mentorship are rooted in alignment, exploring how small adjustments and thoughtful cues can create entirely new sensations in the body.
With extensive Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine training, Ruby’s Yin classes are both deeply felt and quietly educational. She weaves in the ‘why’ of practice — offering insight into breath work, acupressure, and five element theory, giving students tools to take with them beyond the mat.
Ruby’s approach to Pilates is equally intentional. Her Pilates classes focus on building strength from the inside out, cultivating core engagement, postural awareness, and mindful control.
Above all, Ruby’s teaching centres on deep presence — guiding students to feel, notice, and fully inhabit each moment of the practice, and beyond.
