Sue Pope
Sue comes from a teaching background, which took her to Japan with her husband before the birth of her children. She then focused on raising a family and running a busy cleaning business.
In 2012 She was introduced to Yin Yoga and, the restorative nature of the practice for both the body and the mind drew her to changing her life direction.
She took a chance, deciding to take time off for self-care and trained to become a Yin teacher with Paul Grilley’s senior teachers, Jo Phee and Joe Barnett on their 200+ hour Yin Training in 2013. Since then she hasn’t looked back- completing various workshops and becoming a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist.
She is now continuing her Level 2 teacher training with In Touch Yoga.
Sue is passionate about the benefits yin brings her students, as she believes yin is the perfect compliment to power yoga and our busy lives, as through the practice of yin you are given the opportunity to stop and be still, to just be!!!
