Perhaps you attend a regular yin class yourself and you've noticed the classes are starting to fill up?
There is no doubt about it, Yin Yoga is strongly gaining popularity and is now in high demand.
This module will provide teachers with the tools necessary to guide a variety of inclusive yin yoga classes that cater to all levels of student. To compliment the yin yoga practice, myo-fascial release techniques using balls and blocks will also be taught, giving students the knowledge and skills necessary to guide a 'roll and release' class.

- Techniques for sequencing yin yoga classes
- The role of props in yin yoga practice
- Integrating Myo-fascial release techniques into your classes
- Sequencing and delivering a 'Roll and Release' class
