Join Hayley amongst the lush hinterland of the Sunshine Coast where we will journey deep into ourselves through yoga, meditation, cacao ceremony, embodiment practices, nourishing plant-based food and so much more. A chance to unwind from our busy lives and find connection, to ourselves, to each other, and to the beautiful nature we are surrounded by as we celebrate the end of winter and the dawn of spring. With a balanced schedule full of activities to help us go within as well as plenty of down time for you to swim in the pool, bush walk, read on the porch and have well-desereved rest.
Let us nourish you with wholesome plant-based foods prepared by our award-winning chef as you relax into the surrounds of Amara Retreat; set on 44 acres of bushland overlooking the vast hinterland as it meets the coast towards Noosa, with a 4000sqm swimming hole and floating pontoon, woodland trails, a sacred fire circle, magnesium-rich plunge pool, and steam room. All there to support you as you connect to the wild woman within.
