What is a Yogic Facial
A Yogic Facial is an intuitive, massage based facial that takes into account the person as a whole and not just what skin type they have. It incorporates the yogic teachings of being present and gives you an opportunity to step back from the busyness of life.
What to Expect
Your treatment will begin with a guided meditation to allow you to slow down your breath and bring your awareness into the space. After a thorough skin analysis, your personalised skin treatment will begin. This may consist of a double cleanse, exfoliation, head and shoulder massage, masque and moisture application. The treatment is also created to help you calm your nervous system as well as easing away any skin concerns.
During the massage-based facial, you may begin to feel the lymph fluid move through your body. This will bring fresh blood and nutrients to the skin to improve vitality and radiance. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and rested, as you would after savasana at the end of a yoga class.
The 1.5 hour facial will also include facial gua sha and other facial tools, which will help increase blood flow and improve circulation. It can also lift, sculpt and plump the skin and smoothes out fine lines and wrinkles.
