The Zenko Lifestyle immersion is a program that is designed for those wanting to dive deeper into the practice of yoga and a yoga lifestyle, without committing to a full yoga teacher training program. This is a course suitable for everyone- no matter your yoga experience or current lifestyle routines. The aim is to support you with practical tools, wisdom and information to help you transform the areas of your life that you feel may be lacking or are wanting to prioritise. Whether you want to deepen your yoga practice, create a meditation practice, learn new healthy recipes, start a new career, build better relationships, understand yogic philosophy, or simply spend 7 weeks with like-minded people feeling supported to reach your goals and live your best life- this course is for you.
This course is for you if:
The course will offer an equal focus on yoga and lifestyle. Each week includes a full yoga class, followed by lectures, cooking demonstrations, experiential events and unique activities. You will be provided with an in-depth manual with information, recipes, meal plans, journalling prompts and all the activities that the course offers so you can continue with your new healthy lifestyle routines.
You will be supported by your facilitators Lauren Verona and Kelly Alexander, as well as enjoy special guest presenters who will share their wisdom on select topics.

What does the Zenko Lifestyle Course Cover?
This course has been carefully curated to offer you a guided 7 part program that explores all aspects of your health, lifestyle and wellbeing.
In each part there is a main theme based on the 'Love Tank' - a personal development philosophy developed by Lauren Verona.
In addition to the main Love Tank theme, each week also explores one chakra and its related themes and concepts, a Yama or Niyama (yogic lifestyle principle), a yoga theme and a food/health theme as per the course outline below.
PART 1
Love Tank Theme: HOME
Chakra: Base Chakra (grounding, stability, comfort, safety, balance, belonging)
Niyama- Saucha (cleanliness)
Yoga- Restorative Yoga, establishing our foundations, grounding poses, connecting to our roots
Food- Why eat a plant-based whole foods diet and setting solid routines for healthy habits
PART 2
Love Tank Theme: HEALTH & FITNESS
Chakra: Sacral Chakra (sensuality, sexuality, sociability, tantra, movement, energy)
Yama- Brahmacharya (non excess and wise use of energy)
Yoga- Intuitive flows, building heat and cultivating energy, Tantra and mulabanda in yoga asana
Food- Vibrant nutrition, energising foods, what to eat pre/post yoga, and eating for healthy hormones
PART 3
Love Tank Theme: BUSINESS/ CAREER
Chakra: Solar Plexus Chakra (strength, power, determination, commitment, routines, goals, following your path)
Niyama- Tapas (self discipline and focus)
Yoga- Strong slow flows, working to peak poses, moving through challenge with perseverance and joy
Food- Healthy food swaps and how to stay committed to healthy routines
PART 4
Love Tank Theme: RELATIONSHIPS
Chakra: Heart Chakra (love, self-love, relationships, compassion, nurturing)
Niyama- Santosha (contentment)
Yoga- Backbends and heart openers, self-care and tuning into what you need each practice
Food- Overcoming emotional eating, food as medicine and simple rituals to eat for pleasure and wellness
PART 5
Love Tank Theme: PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Chakra: Throat Chakra (communication, expression, inspiration, creativity
Niyama- Svadhyaya (self study)
Yoga- Creative flows, working towards personal yoga goals, unique expression through yoga poses
Food- Making healthy eating fun and how to stay inspired and creative on a plant-based diet
PART 6
Love Tank Theme: CONTRIBUTION/COMMUNITY
Chakra: Third Eye Chakra (intuition, trust, visualisation, high power, connecting deeper within)
Niyama- Inshavara Pranidhana (surrender)
Yoga- Visualisation exercises, blind folded yoga, dristi and focus in yoga poses, learning to look within (pratyahara)
Food- Intuitive eating and trusting your gut
PART 7
Love Tank Theme: SPIRITUALLY
Chakra: Crown Chakra (knowledge, consciousness, fulfilment, spirituality
Yama- Ahimsa (non violence)
Yoga- Meditation, connecting to the higher self, spirited flows and poses to open the mind
Food- Eating Consciously, Ahimsa and Eating like a Yogi
