BUDDINA STUDIO

Welcome to our Buddina Studio, the place where it all began.

Our friendly studio is right in the heart of Buddina's shopping precinct. We have one large yoga room offering an extensive range of classes varying from strong Power Flow classes to relaxing Yin Yoga.

The studio is a space for transformation. Many students make the comment that 'Zenko' is their home away from home, their retreat space. The studio has an energetic buzz about it while feeling supportive and nurturing.  It's a beautiful relaxed oasis in the heart of a busy beachside town.

With the beach a short walk away and a large array of coffee shops and healthy eateries at the door, you can take a class at Zenko, then have a swim and relax with some nourishing food without getting back in your car.

​The studio is equiped with both male and female toilets, shelving for storage of personal belongings and a state of the art Bose stereo system. Yoga props (bolsters, blocks and straps are provided).

In studio you can hire mats and purchase water to hydrate after class. If you feel like some retail therapy we also have a range of Liquido yoga clothing, jewellery, DVD's and  yoga mats and props on offer.
