Australian Yoga Life - September 2013
Before Lauren moved to the Sunshine Coast and set up Zenko, she was making waves in Victoria with her two Kozen Yoga Studios and was asked to be the cover girl for the September 2013 issue of Australian Yoga Life magazine.
Australian Yoga Life magazine is designed to convey the broad message of yoga without being linked to any one style or school of yoga. It is hoped the magazine will give readers a deeper understanding of yoga. Stories and articles are sourced from practising yogis throughout Australia.
