Kat Harding is an international yoga teacher based in the paradise that is Noosa who regularly teaches Stand up paddle board yoga, workshops & retreats both in Australia and overseas. She teaches yoga on both land and water and is passionate about using the physical practice of yoga, whether it is power or yin to find stillness in the mind.
Your Retreat Venue
Located in the heart of Noosa Heads, on the edge of the Noosa National Park, our luxurious accommodation will provide you with the perfect combination of serenity, privacy and relaxation. Our retreat will be hosted at the world famous Peppers Noosa Resort and Spa where you will get access to all resort facilities, including a private pool and the Grand Villa where our retreat meals and activities will be (mostly) held.
Noosa is known for it's pristine beaches, relaxed atmosphere and our retreat will be heavily influenced by the nature that surrounds us.

Example Retreat Schedule (times and activities may vary slightly)
All meals are plant-based and made with fresh and local ingredients designed to keep you well fuelled as well as being delicious! Meals will be served buffet style with various options and catered to all dietary requirements. Breakfasts will include options such as Ayurvedic spiced porridge, chia pudding, sourdough and gluten free toast with smashed avocado and spreads, fresh fruit platters and organic tea and coffee. Lunch and dinners will include tasty nourishing soups, fragrant dahls, as well as fresh and warm salad options. Healthy snacks and delicious desserts are also included.
