Deb has always loved movement and took a keen interest in pilates, aerobics and natural health from a young age. In 2019, she discovered yoga and uncovered a deep sense of connectedness, describing it as the feeling of coming home. After attending her first class, she knew she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others.
Taking the leap and completing her 200-hour YTT in 2023, Deb has recently stepped into her first teaching role, marking the beginning of her journey to inspire others towards holistic well-being. Rooted in authenticity and guided by her heart-centered approach to life, Deb believes in the profound connection between body, mind and spirit and weaves this philosophy into her classes.
Deb is passionate about fostering body connectedness and cultivating a peaceful inner world, seeing yoga as a transformative modality to rediscover our divine selves. Combining a strong focus on functional movement and anatomical alignment with fluid sequences and subtle energetic practices, Deb loves to challenge her students to build strength and stamina whilst also guiding them into a deeper sense of surrender and self-compassion.
