Julita Klewicz
Julita had always heard about the great benefits of practicing yoga, but it wasn't enough to get her started. Until 2020, when she decided to give yoga a "go" and committed to practicing yoga for 30 days straight. This is when she started falling in love with the Asanas, learning more about the alignment and mental aspects of yoga practice. Shortly after finishing her very own challenge, Julita was invited to Zenko Yoga where true love started. Julita would like to keep the practice going throughout her whole life, so it’s important for her to make sure that she has a solid foundation and a beautiful community around her. Julita was considering attending 200H Yoga Teacher Training since she started practicing yoga on a regular basis. Many of her friends are yoga teachers and it felt for her like a natural progression.
Just another step to deepening her own practice and understanding of yoga. She completed her teacher training in 2022 with Elements Academy in collaboration with Zenko Yoga.
Do you have a mantra/quote that you often turn to?
One that often comes back to me is: act as if you had all the confidence you require until it becomes your reality.
How do you fill up your love tank?
My love tank is fueled by yoga, ocean swims, beach walks and quality time with like-minded people.
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
Starting a new thing might be intimidating - acknowledge this and start slowly, one step after another. I would recommend attending a slower-paced class to give yourself time to learn Asana and feel more comfortable on the mat.
