Lucy Muldoon
Yoga was calling out to Lucy on and off for years, yet it wasn't until she stepped through the doors at Zenko that she realised this would be the beginning of an exciting journey. She found each class to be a new adventure, a surrendering, a fulfilment as well as a sense of belonging in a unique, loving community. Lucy has studied and worked as an Exercise Physiologist allowing her to adapt the healing of movement for injuries and health conditions in a supportive, functional way.
Since practicing yoga, Lucy understood the beautiful connection between mind, body and spirit and in 2017 completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Zenko.
Her qualifications as a Pilates Instructor also brings an edge into Lucy's classes exploring fun ways to move the body, release emotions and find ease within the moment. She firmly believes in divine timing and building each other up with love and support.

Do you have a mantra/quote that you often turn to?
I have two that I bounce between constantly. When with those you truly love, you will never be lost. There is always a clear sky beyond the clouds. They resonate with me trusting the universe and divine timing.
How do you fill up your love tank?
Other than yoga I whisk away into a love fest when I creative, whether it be photography, watercolour, dancing or writing.
What advice would you give someone wondering whether to try yoga for the first time?
Embrace the fear and step into the unknown. What you take away from that first class is yours forever and yours only but you won't know until you try.
