Course Overview
Are you ready to take your classes to the next level?
Do you want to spark your students curiosity and encourage them to go deeper?
Are you interested in yoga philosophy and the mythology that underpins the practice?
If you answered 'yes' to any of those questions then read on.
If you've come this far, odds are that you have also experienced the profound benefits of this practice of yoga. With the exponential increase in yoga classes appearing in the western world it's no surprise that the much of the tradition is being left behind as classes are tailored to meet a broader clientele. Many yoga classes are being led as 'pure fitness' and the deeper teachings and magic of the practice are often cast aside.
As yoga teachers, we know that this practice seriously changes people's lives, not just their bodies. For many the vehicle for that profound shift is the dialogue that takes place in class, the little seeds that are planted. As teacher's we have the capacity to plant the seeds of the future, and integrating philosophy and mythology into our classes is one way to empower our students to go deeper within. That's why we created this module, to provide you with the tools you need to share the deeper essence of the practice.
